FAQ
What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?
A 50% non-refundable payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session date.
The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your shoot.
If you need to reschedule, you may do so once, at no additional cost, as long as you provide 48 hours’ notice.
Any reschedule requests, cancellations, or no-shows within 48 hours of your session will require booking a new date and will result in forfeiting your original non-refundable payment.
If we need to reschedule or cancel for any reason, your non-refundable payment will automatically transfer to a new agreed-upon date.
If you choose not to reschedule, your payment will be fully refunded — no fees, no penalty.
Weather disruptions or true emergencies happen — I always aim to handle those situations with flexibility and fairness.
We are all human and understand that things happen. :)
Where are you based and do you travel?
We are currently based in Chicago, IL and Atlanta, GA, but I offer photography all over the world and look forward to where this journey takes me.
When will we get our photos?
The turnaround to receive your pictures is 4 weeks maximum, unless it is a bigger project. If it will take more than 4 weeks I will let you know before hand during our consultation.
Do you offer videography too?
Yes! I offer videography services as well. Whether you need short social media clips, lifestyle videos, or full branding content, I can capture dynamic footage that tells your story.
Videos can be packaged with your photo session or booked separately, and I’ll work with you to plan the shots, locations, and style to match your vision.
